摘 要:螺旋板载荷试验是直接获取地基承载力的重要原位测试手段。长期以来,传统试验方法受限于地下真实位移无法量测、线缆冗余操作不便、人工操作自动化程度低等问题,导致该方法仅在浅部地层应用,成为限制该方法大范围推广的主要原因。为解决传统螺旋板载荷试验上述问题,发明了一种内置缆线式螺旋板载荷试验方法。通过工程实例验证,表明新方法在直接获取地层承载力、测试深度较深、不受地下水位影响等方面有较大优势,能够为技术人员设计参数选择提供依据。The screw plate loading test is an important in-situ test method to directly obtain the bearing capacity of foundation.For a long time,the traditional test method has been limited by the problems of inability to measure the true displacement of the subground,the inconvenience of cable redundancy,and the low automation degree of manual operation,resulting in the application of the method only in shallow formations,which has become the main reason for limiting the large-scale promotion of the method.In order to solve the above problems of traditional screw plate loading test,a built-in cable screw plate loading test method is invented.Through the verification of engineering examples,it is shown that the new method has great advantages in directly obtaining the bearing capacity of the formation,the test depth is deeper,and it is not affected by the groundwater level,which can provide a basis for the selection of design parameters by technical personnel.
