摘　　要：目的系统整合护士围产期哀伤辅导的体验和需求。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、CINAHL、Web of Science数据库中关于护士围产期哀伤辅导体验的质性研究和混合性研究,检索时限为建库至2023年11月30日。采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准进行文献质量评价,使用汇集性整合方法对纳入文献进行结果整合。结果共纳入13篇研究,提炼出29个研究结果,归纳形成10个类别,综合得出4个整合结果:正负性情感体验并存;积极与消极应对并存;实施哀伤辅导过程中的障碍;实施哀伤辅导后的需求。结论医院管理者应重视护士的情感体验,引导其转变态度,提高能力,并健全组织支持系统,从而提高围产期哀伤辅导质量。Objective To systematically integrate the experience and needs of nurses in perinatal bereavement care.Methods Literature of qualitative research and and mixed studies on the perinatal bereavement care experience of nurses were searched by computer from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,CINAHL,and Web of Science databases,and the retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to November 30,2023.The quality of the literature was evaluated using the quality evaluation criteria of the Australian JBI Evidence-Based Health Care Center qualitative research,and the results were integrated by the aggregated meta-integration method.Results A total of 13 studies were included,and 29 results were extracted,which were summarized into 10 categories,and 4 integrated results were obtained:Positive and negative emotional experience coexist;Positive and negative responses coexist;Obstacles in the bereavement care;Needs after implementing bereavement care.Conclusion Hospital managers should pay attention to the emotional experience of nurses,guide them to change their attitude,strengthen their ability,and perfect the organizational support system,so as to improve the quality of perinatal bereavement care.
