摘  要:文章对止回阀的功能、分类、结构组成、工作环境进行了介绍。以受力分析为基础对止回阀工作原理进行了阐述,并总结出止回阀输出特性曲线。根据工作经验对止回阀的设计关键进行了归纳。并结合止回阀故障处理经验,对不同情况下止回阀异响振动的原因进行了分析,提出了相关解决措施。The function,the classification,the structural composition and the working environment of check valves are described.The working principle of check valves is expounded on the basis of stress analysis and the output characteristic curve of check valves is summarized.The keys of check valve design are concluded according to the working experience.The causes for abnormal noise and vibration of check valves in different circumstances are analysed in combination with the experience of handling the faults of check valves and relevant solutions are proposed.
