250 km/h高速铁路有砟轨道曲线段动力特性分析

摘  要:为研究高速铁路有砟轨道曲线段的动力特性,基于车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论,并运用多体动力学仿真软件UM建立高速铁路车线动力学模型,考虑实际存在的轨道不平顺,分析圆曲线半径和缓和曲线长度对轮轨系统的动力响应。结果表明:高速列车在曲线段运行时,由圆曲线半径和缓和曲线长度而引起的各动力学指标整体呈下降趋势;且唯有当圆曲线半径、外轨超高、缓和曲线长度和运行速度合理匹配时,车体和轨道的各项动力学性能才会达到最低,列车和轨道线路之间的相互作用才会协调一致;在满足安全性的前提下,建议250 km/h高速铁路有砟轨道的圆曲线半径取值为5000 m,缓和曲线长度取值为300 m。In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the curve section of high-speed railway ballasted track,based on the vehicle-track coupling dynamics theory,the multi-body dynamics simulation software UM is used to establish the high-speed railway vehicle-track dynamics model.Considering the actual track irregularity,the dynamic response of the curve radius and the transition curve length to the wheel-rail system is analyzed.The results show that when the high-speed train runs in the curve section,the dynamic indexes caused by the curve radius and the length of the transition curve show a downward trend as a whole,and only when the curve radius,the superelevation of the outer rail,the length of the transition curve and the running speed are reasonably matched,the dynamic performance of the car body and the track will reach the lowest,and the interaction between the train and the track line will be coordinated.Therefore,on the premise of satisfying the safety,it is recommended that the curve radius of the 250km/h high-speed railway ballasted track is 5000m,and the length of the transition curve is 300m.
