摘　　要：肿瘤相关巨噬细胞作为肿瘤微环境的主要组成部分,与肿瘤的恶性进展密切相关,具有调节新陈代谢、吞噬病原体和死亡细胞、介导炎症反应、促进组织修复等作用。铁死亡是一种铁依赖性的新型细胞程序性死亡方式,在肿瘤中也发挥重要的作用,由于巨噬细胞的功能和铁死亡的表现相似,铁死亡的发生与巨噬细胞的状态之间一定存在相互作用。到目前为止,铁死亡和巨噬细胞之间的关系已被应用于研究各种疾病,尤其是癌症的治疗,这可以为人们更深入地理解肿瘤的病理过程和治疗提供新的靶点。该文主要从巨噬细胞不同极化对肿瘤铁死亡的影响来介绍二者的相互影响关系,并对改变巨噬细胞极化状态来治疗肿瘤铁死亡的重要应用作一综述。Tumor associated macrophages,as the main component of the tumor microenvironment,are closely related to the malignant progression of tumors.They have functions such as regulating metabolism,engulfing pathogens and dead cells,mediating inflammatory responses,and promoting tissue repair.Ferroptosis is a novel form of grammed cell death that is dependent on iron and plays an important role in tumors.Due to the similarity between the function of macrophages and the behavior of ferroptosis,there must be an interaction between the occurrence of ferroptosis and the state of macrophages.So far,the relationship between ferroptosis and macrophages has been applied to study the treatment of various diseases,especially cancer,which can provide new targets for people to better understand the pathological process and treatment of tumors.This article mainly introduces the mutual influence relationship between different polarization of macrophages and tumor ferroptosis,and reviews the important applications of changing macrophage polarization status to treat tumor ferroptosis.
