基于伏邪理论探讨儿童特应性皮炎

摘　　要：特应性皮炎是一种常见的慢性、复发性、炎症性皮肤病,主要临床表现为剧烈瘙痒和湿疹样皮损,其缠绵不愈、反复发作的特点导致其治疗成为一大难题,严重影响患儿的生长发育和生活质量。此文立足于伏邪角度,探讨儿童特应性皮炎病因病机及治疗,小儿正气内虚,胎毒、六淫外邪潜伏于内,新感外邪或饮食情志等因素导致正邪交争,伏邪发作,病久则入血入络,治疗时应注意扶正补虚,祛邪应注意透散通络,以期为儿童特应性皮炎的治疗提供参考。Atopic dermatitis is a common chronic,recurrent and inflammatory skin disease,which is mainly manifested by severe itching and eczema-like skin lesions.Its recurring characteristics lead to its treatment has become a major problem,seriously affecting the growth and development of children and quality of life.Based on theory of hidden pathogen,this paper discussed the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of atopic dermatitis in children.When children is weak,some evils can lurk in the body.The insidious evils can cause disease when the healthy qi and pathogen is struggling,and as the time is extended,the evil develops into the blood.During treatment,strengthening body resistance and dispersing should be noted.This article aims to provide a reference for the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children.
