基于虚拟仿真实验的针灸学实训教学实践

摘　　要：虚拟仿真实验教学是近年来兴起的现代高科技技术,并在医学领域具有很好的应用前景。针灸学作为中医学专业及针灸推拿学专业的基础及主干课程,含有基础理论知识和针灸技能操作2个部分内容,针灸技能操作是培养针灸人才所必备的技能。传统教学在实训教学部分有一定的局限,虚拟仿真实验教学可以很好地弥补相关不足,两者结合可以更好地服务实训教学,提高实训教学质量,为学生以后进入临床打下坚实基础。此文以在国家虚拟仿真实验教学课程共享平台(实验空间)开设的火针治疗危险三角区痤疮虚拟仿真实验实训教学为例,介绍虚拟仿真实验的针灸学实训教学研究与实践经验。Virtual simulation experiment teaching is a rising modern high-tech technology in recent years,and it has an excellent applicability in the field of medicine.As the basic and main course of majors about traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture,science of acupuncture and moxibustion contains two parts as follows:basic theoretical knowledge and practical skill operation,which is a necessary skill to train acupuncture talents.The traditional teaching has some limitations in the practical teaching,while the teaching by virtual simulation experiment can make up for the related deficiencies.The combination of both can better serve the practical teaching,improve the quality of practical teaching and lay a solid foundation for students to enter the clinic in the future.In this paper,the practical teaching experience of acupuncture and moxibustion in virtual simulation experiment was introduced by taking“virtual simulation experiment on treating acne in dangerous triangle area virtual simulation experiment”set up in the national virtual simulation experiment teaching course sharing platform(experiment space)as an example.
