摘　　要：脑卒中是临床常见病、多发病,可导致多种后遗症,其中下肢运动障碍较为常见,对患者及其家庭造成了严重的困扰,影响了患者的生活质量,甚至可导致患者终身残疾。目前脑卒中后下肢运动障碍的治疗多以康复治疗为主,康复手段多样,且主要为综合康复疗法,尚缺乏标准的治疗方案。文章回顾近年来综合康复疗法治疗脑卒中后下肢运动障碍的相关文献,从中医康复结合康复训练、中医康复结合康复辅助器具、物理因子疗法结合康复训练、其他综合康复训练等方面进行总结,以期为临床工作提供相关参考。Stroke is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic,which can lead to a variety of sequelae after onset.Among them,lower limb movement disorder is more common,which causes serious trouble to patients and their families,affects the quality of life of patients,and even leads to lifelong disability of patients.At present,the treatment of lower limb movement disorders after stroke is mainly based on rehabilitation therapy,and the rehabilitation methods are diverse,and mainly comprehensive rehabilitation therapy,there is still a lack of standard treatment options.This paper reviewed the relevant literature on the treatment of lower limb movement disorders after stroke by comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in recent years,and summarized the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation combined with rehabilitation training,traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation combined with rehabilitation aids,physical factor therapy combined with rehabilitation training,and other comprehensive rehabilitation training,in order to provide relevant reference for clinical work.
