摘　　要：以某放射性药品生产车间实际工程为案例,从GMP和辐射防护的相关要求的矛盾点入手,根据其共性特点,提出可行的兼容式工艺布局和气流组织设计要点;对避免交叉污染的系统分设进行分析,提出空调及灭菌、排风、给水和排水等系统的分设要点;从放射性隔离和空间隔离方面对建筑消防设计提出合理可行的层高、分区和疏散设计要点。Taking the actual project of a radiopharmaceutical production workshop as an example,starting from the contradictions between GMP and radiation protection requirements,the feasible process layout and air flow organization design points are proposed according to their common characteristics.This paper analyzes the system separation to avoid cross contamination,and puts forward the key points of air conditioning and sterilization,exhaust,water supply and drainage systems.It also analyzes building fire protection design from the aspects of radioactive isolation and spatial isolation,and puts forward reasonable and feasible design points of storey height,zoning and evacuation.
