摘 要:从智能制造背景下工程人才培养需求出发,阐述原有工程实训项目和教学方式的不足,提出基于智能制造的生产运营虚拟仿真实践教学新模式。华中科技大学工程实践创新中心建设的智能制造生产运营虚拟仿真教学平台打破了时间、空间的局限,培养学生多学科交叉融合的思维,加深学生对智能制造生产方式、生产运营管理的理解,取得了良好的教学效果。Starting from the demand for engineering talent cultivation that meets the needs of the new era in the context of intelligent manufacturing,this paper elaborates on the shortcomings of traditional engineering practical training projects and teaching methods,and proposes a new training and teaching model about manufacturing operationspracticebased on virtual simulation teaching methods.The intelligent manufacturing production and operation virtual simulation platform built by the Center for Practice Innovation of Huazhong University of Science and Technology effectively breaks the limitations of time and space,cultivates students'interdisciplinary thinking,deepens their understanding of intelligent manufacturing production methods and production operation management,and achieves good practical teaching results.
