摘 要:根系分泌物是活的根系向土壤中释放的有机、无机物质的总称,参与根际中多种相互作用和生理生化进程,其中土壤有机质激发效应是根系分泌物参与的主要进程之一。探究根系分泌物诱导激发效应的机制有助于深入了解土壤碳循环以及土壤碳库在全球碳循环中的作用。以往研究大多以“共代谢理论”为核心探索生物机制对土壤有机质激发效应的影响,但研究表明,根系分泌物还可以通过一些非生物方式诱导土壤有机质激发效应。目前有关非生物调控机制的研究较少,极大地影响了对土壤有机质激发效应的全面和准确理解。文中对国内外有关根系分泌物诱导土壤有机质激发效应的非生物机制的作用机理和影响因素进行了归纳总结:根系分泌物能够作用于土壤中的有机—无机复合体,通过溶解、络合作用促进矿物结合态有机质释放,或者以参与土壤有机质重排、影响土壤团聚体形成的方式改变土壤有机质的可利用性,进而影响有机质矿化进程;所诱导的激发效应的方向和强度与根系分泌物的种类及浓度、土壤团粒结构、土壤矿物和有机质组成、土壤水分、土壤温度等因素有关。最后总结目前研究中存在的问题和不足,并对后续研究提供了一些思路和建议。Root exudates are the organic and inorganic substances released by living root system into the soil.They participate in various interactions and physiological and biochemical processes in the rhizosphere,among which priming effect(PE)of soil organic matter is one of the main processes involving root exudates.Exploring the PE inducing mechanism of root exudates is helpful to understand the soil carbon cycle and the role of soil carbon pool in the global carbon cycle.Most previous studies focused on the“co-metabolism”to explore the influence of biological mechanisms on the PE of soil organic matter.However,some studies indicate that root exudates can also induce the PE through some abiotic ways.At present,there are few studies on abiotic PE regulatory mechanisms of root exudates,which have greatly influenced the comprehensive and accurate understanding of the PE of soil organic matter.In this paper,the abiotic mechanism of root exudates inducing the PE of soil organic matter and its influencing factors are analyzed and summarized.It is argued that root exudates can act on organic-inorganic complex and change the availability of soil organic matter through promoting the release of mineral bonded organic matter by dissolution and complexation or participating in the rearrangement of soil organic matter to affect the formation of soil aggregates,therefore affecting the mineralization process of organic matter. The direction and the intensity of the induced PE arerelated to the type and concentration of root exudates, soil aggregate structure, composition of soil mineraland soil organic matter, soil moisture and soil temperature. At last, the paper summarizes the problems andgaps in the current research, and provides some ideas and suggestions for the follow-up research.
