摘  要:目的探讨术后辅助^(125)I放射性粒子植入治疗腮腺原发性恶性肿瘤的临床效果,为临床治疗该疾病提供新的治疗策略。方法对11例腮腺原发性恶性肿瘤患者进行保留面神经的原发灶扩大切除术,术后辅助^(125)I放射性粒子植入治疗,定期随访,观察治疗效果、局部控制率、生存率、不良反应等。结果11例患者随访3~73个月,仅4例出现放疗后损伤,且在后续随访期间均恢复,随访期间无复发,无转移,无死亡。结论对于腮腺原发性恶性肿瘤,手术后辅助^(125)I放射性粒子植入治疗是一种安全、有效的治疗方案。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of postoperative adjuvant treatment with interstitial implantation of ^(125)I radioactive seeds for primary malignant tumors of the parotid gland,in order to provide a novel therapeutic strategy for the disease.Methods Eleven Patients with primary malignant tumors of the parotid gland underwent extended resection of the primary focus with preservation of the facial nerve,followed by postoperative adjuvant ^(125)I radioactive seeds implantation.Regular follow-ups were conducted to evaluate therapeutic efficacy,local control rates,survival rates,and adverse reactions.Results Among the eleven patients who were followed up for 3-73 months,only 4 patients developed post-radiotherapy injury and all of them recovered during subsequent follow-ups.There were no recurrence,metastasis,or death occurred during the follow-up period.Conclusion For primary malignant tumors of the parotid gland,surgically-assisted ^(125)I radioactive seed is effective and safe,offering a promising treatment option.
