摘　　要：釉质白斑样病变(WSLs)多见于早期釉质龋、正畸后白斑、氟斑牙、磨牙-切牙釉质矿化不全(MIH)等,是各种原因引起的牙釉质中矿物质流失导致牙釉质表面出现白垩色甚至棕色改变,影响患者牙齿的美观及人际交往。WSLs的传统治疗方法为磨除病变区域,用人工材料充填,或者通过氟化物等促进釉质再矿化,但前者对牙釉质创伤较大,而后者疗效不稳定。渗透树脂是一种新兴的修复材料,有很高的流动性和渗透性能,可以渗透到釉质脱矿区,近年来在临床上应用广泛。渗透树脂治疗WSLs相比传统治疗方法具有微创、无痛、美观效果优异和更易于被患者接受等优点。本文将对目前临床上应用渗透树脂治疗WSLs的现状作一综述。Enamel white spot lesions(WSLs)can lead to chalky or even brown changes on the enamel surface of patients,such as early enamel caries,post-orthodontic white spots,dental fluorosis,molar-incisor hypomineralization,etc.,affecting the aesthetic appearance and interpersonal communication of patients.The traditional treatment of enamel WSLs is either to remove the diseased area and fill it with artificial materials,or to promote enamel remineralization by fluoride.The former causes greater damage to enamel,while the latter has unstable curative effect.Dental resin infiltration is an emerging restoration material with high fluidity and permeability,which can penetrate into enamel demineralization area.In recent years,it has been widely used in clinical treatment.Compared with traditional treatment restoration,it has advantages such as being minimally invasive,painless,excellent aesthetic effects,and more acceptable to patients.This article reviews the current application of resin infiltration in the clinical treatment of enamel WSLs.
