Biochemistry and Molecular Biology is a course that explains life phenomena at the molecular level and explores the mechanism of disease. In the teaching process, there are still some problems such as uneven students’learning abilities, low integration of courses with clinical and scientific research, and lack of targeted smart teaching models. This study takes a student-centered teaching concept. It is oriented by humanities, results, problems and experiments, fully relies on smart classrooms to carry out offline smart teaching, and applies the online teaching platform to carry out implicit stratified teaching mode.In terms of evaluation,a three-in-one dynamic feedback mechanism of teacher-student feedback, supervisory feedback and peer feedback has been implemented.Based on the above measures, this course has established and promoted the O2O smart teaching mode combining online and offline, which further improves the classroom teaching content of this course, and also improves the information teaching ability of the teaching team, and helping medical students to have a deeper understanding of this course.
