摘　　要：为解决打叶复烤企业原料烟叶称重流程复杂、效率低、易出错等问题,设计了基于射频识别(RFID)技术的烟框自动称重系统。在现有的电子平台秤基础上增加RFID、人机交互、手持机辅助、道闸管理等功能。系统在称重过程中,实时读取烟框和叉车上含有编号及重量信息的电子标签,自动获取电子平台秤称量质量值、烟框质量值、叉车质量值及叉车操作工体重值。经系统程序运算后,得到原料烟叶的净重量值。叉车操作工按现场显示屏和道闸的指示,即可完成原料烟叶称重工作。该系统简化了叉车作业动作,实现了不同规格叉车及烟框的信息自动识别,完成了重量信息的实时采集及批次统计工作,保证了原料烟叶净重结果的准确性。该系统在烟草行业内具有广阔的应用前景。To solve the problems of complex weighing process,low efficiency and error-prone of raw tobacco in leaf-beating and re-baking enterprises,an automatic weighing system for tobacco frames based on radio frequency identification(RFID)technology is designed.Based on the existing electronic platform scale to increase RFID,human-computer interaction,handheld assistance,road gate management and other functions.In the weighing process,the system reads the electronic tags containing number and weight information on the tobacco frame and forklift in real time,and automatically obtains the weighing weight value of the electronic platform scale,the weight value of the tobacco frame,the weight value of the forklift and the weight value of the forklift operator.After the system program operation,the net weight value of raw tobacco is obtained.Forklift operators can complete the weighing of raw tobacco according to the instructions of the on-site display and road gate.The system simplifies forklift operation,realizes automatic identification of forklift and tobacco frame information of different specifications,completes real-time collection of weight information and batch statistics,and ensures the accuracy of the net weight results of raw tobacco.The system has a bright future for application in the tobacco industry.
