摘 要:针对10 kV配电线路中可能出现的多个断点和雷击干扰等情况,为提高配电线路的防雷能力,设计了适用于10 kV配电线路的多断点灭弧防雷间隙装置,并测试了该装置的防雷与灭弧性能。该装置由导线侧电极、接地侧电极、灭弧筒等构成。在接地侧电极上安装灭弧筒,同时将导线侧电极安装在接地侧电极下部,以此形成多个防雷间隙。为提升装置绝缘水平,将薄片固体绝缘材料插在防雷间隙装置中。对装置实物实施冲击电压伏秒特性试验、冲击电流耐受试验与冲击-工频耦合灭弧试验。测试结果表明,使用所设计装置后:大冲击电流波形的整体趋势放缓;电流峰值变小;灭弧时间约为3.75 ms。测试结果证实了所设计装置的抗雷性能良好。该装置的防雷间隙大小不会影响系统正常运行,满足了多断点灭弧防雷需求。Aiming at the multiple breakpoints and lightning interference that may occur in 10 kV distribution lines,in order to improve the lightning protection capability of distribution lines,a multiple breakpoints arc extinguishing lightning protection gap device applicable to the 10 kV distribution lines is designed to test its lightning protection and arc extinguishing performance.The device consists of conductor side electrode,grounding side electrode,arc extinguishing cylinder,etc.The arc extinguishing cylinder is installed on the grounding side electrode,while the wire side electrode is installed on the lower part of the grounding side electrode,thus forming multiple lightning protection gap.To improve the insulation level of the device,a thin sheet of solid insulating material is inserted at the lightning protection gap device.The device is subjected to inrush voltage volt-second characteristic test,inrush current withstands test and inrush-frequency coupled arc extinguishing test.The test results show that after using the designed device:the overall trend of the large inrush current waveform is slowed down;the peak value of the current becomes smaller;the arc extinguishing time is about 3.75 ms.Test results confirm that the designed device's lightning performance is good.The lightning protection gap size of the device will not affect the normal operation of the system,which meets the demand for lightning protection of multiple breakpoints arc extinguishing.
