摘　　要：目的:探索临床药学本科实习带教模式。方法:依据蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院临床药学本科实习大纲的要求,我院采用以“药学问题”为导向进行开题报告、中期汇报和最终答辩。实习前后,学生从分析药物治疗方案合理性的能力、用药咨询和用药指导的能力、答辩时回答问题的能力、查阅文献的能力、制作PPT的能力、汇报PPT的能力6个方面进行自我打分。结果:实习结束后,学生以上6个方面能力的自我评分分数分别为7.24±0.89、7.14±0.66、7.10±0.83、8.05±0.87、7.52±0.81、7.43±0.81分,显著高于实习前的自我评分4.00±0.95、3.90±0.94、4.19±0.98、4.48±0.98、4.81±1.33、4.43±1.17分。结论:以药学问题为导向的临床药学本科实习带教模式,能显著提高学生分析问题、解决临床药物治疗问题的能力,值得推广应用。Objective:Explore the internship teaching model of undergraduate clinical pharmacy.Methods:According to the requirements of the undergraduate internship syllabus of clinical pharmacy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University,our hospital adopts the"pharmaceutical issues"as the orientation to conduct opening reports,interim reports and final defense.Before and after the internship,students self-scored six aspects:their ability to analyze the rationality of drug treatment plans,their ability to consult and guide medication,their ability to answer questions during defense,their ability to read literature,their ability to produce PPT,and their ability to report PPT.Results:After the internship,the self-scoring scores of students'abilities in the above six aspects were 7.24±0.89,7.14±0.66,7.10±0.83,8.05±0.87,7.52±0.81,and 7.43±0.81,respectively,which were significantly higher than those before the internship.Self-rated scores were 4.00±0.95,3.90±0.94,4.19±0.98,4.48±0.98,4.81±1.33,4.43±1.17 points.Conclusion:The clinical pharmacy undergraduate internship teaching model oriented towards pharmacy can significantly improve students'ability to analyze problems and solve clinical drug treatment problems,and is worthy of promotion and application.
