高校辅导员班级管理“育德”路径及实效探析

摘  要:班级是高校大学生的基本组织形式,也是高校辅导员做好学生管理工作最基本的单元。辅导员作为高校学生管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者,目前存在班级管理“育德”定位导向失衡、“育德”工作开展较为基础、“育德”路径挖掘动力不足等问题。因此,高校辅导员能够在班级管理建设中着力落实重引导以思想“育德”、立规矩以规范“育德”、常关心以爱心“育德”、稳抓手以树范“育德”、守“三公”以廉洁“育德”,对于发挥管理“育德”功能至关重要。The class is not only the basic organizational form of college students,but also the most basic unit for college counselors to do a good job in student management.As the organizer,implementer and instructor of col-lege student management,counselors have some problems at present,such as the imbalance of the orientation of moral education in class management,the superficiality of the work of moral education,the lack of motivation to excavate the path of moral education,and so on.Therefore,in the construction of class management,it is impor-tant for college counselors to focus on ideological moral education,establish rules to standardize moral education,always care about moral education with love,firmly grasp moral education by setting a good example,and carry out moral education with integrity,so as to give full play to the function of moral education in management.
