某校381名专科实习护生临床实习适应能力现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解专科实习护生临床实习适应能力现状,分析其影响因素。方法:采用方便抽样方法,抽取某学校381名专科实习护生作为研究对象,采用一般资料和临床实习适应不良量表进行调查研究,应用SPSS 25.0软件分析其影响因素。结果:该校381名专科实习护生临床适应能力总得分为(90.98±19.12)分,统计分析结果显示:就业前景态度、主动学习能力等因素对临床实习适应能力总分的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:该批护生具有一定的临床实习适应能力,临床实习适应能力的主要影响因素是实习医院选择情况、对本专业的喜欢程度、自我控制和抗压能力。实习医院和学校带教老师应根据专科护生自身特点制定相应的实习课程,正确引导专科实习护生,促进其临床实习适应能力的提高。Objective:To understand the current status of clinical practice adaptability of specialized nursing stu-dents,and explore the factors influencing the adaptability of clinical practice.Methods:A total of 381 nursing stu-dents were selected from a municipal medical vocational school in a province by convenience sampling.General information and clinical practice maladaptation scale were used for investigation and research,and multiple linear regression analysis was applied to analyze the influencing factors.Results:The total score of clinical practice adaptability of junior nursing students was(90.98±19.12),and the statistical analysis results showed that factors such as employment outlook attitude and proactive learning ability have a statistically significant impact on the to-tal score of clinical practice adaptability(P<0.05).Conclusion:This group of nursing college students has a cer-tain degree of adaptability to clinical practice,the main factors influencing the adaptability of clinical practice were the voluntary choice of hospitals for internship,the degree of liking the specialty,self-control and anti-pressure ability.Schools and hospitals for internship should develop corresponding teaching courses based on the characteristics of specialized internship nursing students,correctly guide them,and promote the improvement of their clinical practice adaptability.
