摘  要:在当今科技人才竞争日趋激烈的背景下,教育领域的“内卷”现象愈发突出。中小学生作业负担重、考试压力大、课外辅导多,给学生和家长带来了沉重负担。针对这一现象,“双减”政策应运而生,旨在减轻中小学生的作业负担和校外培训负担。但由于优质教育资源有限、学生升学压力较大、家长期待值较高、家长认知和能力不足等方面因素,家长的教育焦虑依然不同程度存在,并且更加多元化。因此,须从提升教育质量、转变家长竞争观念、加强家庭教育指导等方面来纾解家长的教育焦虑。With the increasing competition for scientific and technological talent,the phenomenon of“involution”in the field of education has become increasingly prominent.In particular,the heavy homework burden of primary and secondary school students,the pressure of examinations,and more extracurricular tutoring have become com-mon phenomena,which has brought a heavy burden to students and parents.In response to this phenomenon,the“double reduction”policy came into being,which reduced the homework burden of primary and secondary school students and the burden of off-campus training.However,due to the limited high-quality educational resources,the pressure of further education,the high expectations of parents,and the lack of parents’cognition and ability,parents’educational anxiety still exists to varying degrees and is more diversified.Therefore,it is necessary to re-lieve parents’educational anxiety from the aspects of improving the quality of education,improving the level of after-school service,changing parents’educational concepts,strengthening family education guidance,and pro-moting home-school cooperation.
