WSR方法论视角下北约认知战战略体系的防御构想

摘　　要：[研究目的]聚焦北约认知战战略体系,为有效增强对西方认知战领域的认知深度、防御能力与维护国家安全格局提供理论参考。[研究方法]基于WSR方法论“物理—事理—人理”三维分析框架对北约军事联盟研究报告进行扎根分析,构建北约认知战战略体系的理论模型并对认知战战略体系的防御指标进行提取与分析。[研究结果/结论]北约认知战战略体系的防御指标包括物理维度下的认知战属性、环境发展特征与人脑结构特征,事理维度下的理论指导实践、战略准备、战略主导权争夺、战略工具化与战略的评估预测,人理维度下的决策者组织协调能力、军事力量作战效能与个体认知素养,并从“知物理,洞见认知战客观实际、明事理,理解认知战运作机理、通人理,协同认知战多元主体”层面提出具体研究启示。[Research purpose]Focusing on NATO's cognitive warfare strategy system,this paper aims to provide a theoretical reference for effectively enhancing the cognitive depth,defense capabilities and maintaining the national security pattern in the field of Western cognitive warfare.[Research method]Based on the three-dimensional analysis framework of"physics-reason-humanit"of WSR methodology,this paper conducts a grounded analysis of the research report of NATO military alliance,constructs the theoretical model of NATO's cognitive warfare strategy system,and extracts and analyzes the defense indicators of the cognitive warfare strategy system.[Research result/conclusion]The defense indicators of NATO's cognitive warfare strategy system include cognitive warfare attributes,environmental development characteristics and human brain structure characteristics in the physical dimension,theoretical guidance practice,strategic preparation,strategic dominance competition,strategic instrumentalization and strategic evaluation and prediction in the affair dimension,and decision-makers'organizational coordination ability,military force combat effectiveness and individual cognitive literacy in the human dimension.This paper puts forward specific research enlightenment from the level of knowing physics,seeing the objective reality and reason of cognitive warfare,understanding the operation mechanism and human reason of cognitive warfare,and cooperating with multiple subjects of cognitive warfare.
