摘 要:[研究目的]中东地区已成为与中国共建“一带一路”倡议的核心合作伙伴,辨识该地区主要网络社群和意见领袖,能够窥见其意见网络及舆论特征,进而讲好“一带一路”故事。[研究方法]基于社会网络分析方法,聚焦网络叙事,利用全球舆论社群分割表征数据,识别涉及“一带一路”的中东网络社群,探讨中东地区国际社交媒体意见领袖主导下的传播结构及特征。[研究结果/结论]研究发现7个中东地区主要网络社群,挖掘了其中官方与非官方的核心网络意见领袖,探究其网络结构和传播特征,揭示了中东复杂的舆论生态,并提出了一种基于全球“南-北”权力图谱下的叙事策略。[Research purpose]The Middle East has become a key cooperative partner with China in jointly advancing the"Belt and Road"initiative.Identifying the main online communities and opinion leaders in this region can provide insights into their opinion networks and public opinion characteristics,thereby effectively narrating the"Belt and Road"story.[Research method]This study employs social network analysis methods,focusing on online narratives.By utilizing global public opinion community segmentation data,it identifies Middle Eastern online communities related to the"Belt and Road"and explores the dissemination structures and characteristics under the leadership of international social media opinion leaders in the Middle East.[Research result/conclusion]The study identifies seven major online communities in the Middle East,uncovers both official and unofficial core network opinion leaders within them,examines their network structures and dissemination characteristics,reveals the complex public opinion ecology of the Middle East,and proposes a narrative strategy based on the global"South-North"power spectrum.
