摘 要:换热站运行方式通常为设定二次供水温度和设定二次回水温度,设定二次供水温度的优点是达到设定目标值的时间较短,且温度稳定性高,波动性小[1],缺点是在二次网水力不平衡的情况下,容易出现过热和不热的情况。设定二次回水温度的优点是能在一定程度上弥补水力失调造成的不热问题,缺点是二次回水温度受较多因素影响,波动性大,达到设定目标值的时间较长,热量消耗可能较高。提出一种基于PID控制器的调节策略,对各楼门的二次回水温度进行控制,保持其一致性,使各个楼门热力入口达到水力平衡,通过设定二次供水温度达到理想的供热效果,降低能源消耗和运行成本,同时满足用户的舒适需求。The operation mode of the heat exchange station is usually to set the secondary water supply temperature and set the secondary return water temperature.The advantages of setting the secondary water supply temperature are that the time to reach the set target value is short,and the temperature stability is high and the fluctuation is small.[1],the disadvantage is that when the secondary network is unbalanced,overheating or insufficient heating may occur.The advantage of setting the secondary return water temperature is that it can make up for the non-heating problem caused by hydraulic imbalance to a certain extent.However,the secondary return water temperature is influenced by many factors,leading to significant fluctuations and a longer time to reach the target value,which may result in higher heat consumption.An adjustment strategy based on a PID controller is proposed to control the secondary return water temperature of each floor door to maintain its consistency,so that the thermal inlet of each floor door reaches hydraulic balance,and the ideal heating effect is achieved by setting the secondary water supply temperature.,reduce energy consumption and operating costs,while meeting the comfort needs of users.
