摘  要:传统的新药研发具有周期长、耗资大、失败率高等问题。为了克服上述问题,器官芯片技术应运而生,作为近年来新兴的前沿技术,在新药研发过程中发挥巨大作用。本文重点阐述了器官芯片在新药研发中的应用及其在核药研发领域中的潜在应用,并讨论了器官芯片所面临的机遇与挑战,为新药研发工作者提供参考和借鉴。Traditional new drug research and development(R&D)has problems such as long period,high cost,and high failure rate.In order to overcome the above problems,organ-on-a-chip technology comes into being,which plays a huge role in the R&D of new drugs as an emerging frontier technology in recent years.This article focuses on the application of organ-on-a-chip in the R&D of new drugs and its potential applications in the field of nuclear drug R&D,and discusses the opportunities and challenges faced by organ-on-chip,so as to provide references for new drug R&D practitioners.
