摘 要:介形类已被广泛用作淡水和海洋环境变化的指标,但其在海陆交互带的潟湖中的群落特征及环境意义尚未充分研究。本研究选择了华南典型潟湖——品清湖,对其水体及表层沉积物的理化性质及现生的底栖介形类进行了系统调查。研究发现,湖泊盐度、水深呈入海口向东部沿岸减小的梯度变化,变化范围为30‰-20‰,6.9~1.8 m,而底质变化呈砂向黏土转换的趋势。20个表层样品中共鉴定出了32属38种介形类,以Sinocytheridea impressa,Neomonoceratina delicata,Loxoconcha zhejiangensis,Aurila cymba等属种为主。多元统计分析揭示出水体盐度和沉积物铜是影响介形类群落的关键因素。盐度促进介形类物种丰富度的增加,例如从湖岸到入海口呈现真盐型属种(A.cymba,N.delicata,Stigmatocythere roesmani)显著增加;而随着铜含量的升高,介形类浓度降低且仅少数耐污属种占优。研究对品清湖内出现的介形类优势属种的个体生态学特征进行了梳理,为今后的古环境重建奠定了基础。特别的,A.cymba对盐度变化敏感,可指示盐度30‰以上的水环境;L.zhejiangensis能耐受高铜含量,是潟湖环境底泥重金属铜污染的指示性生物。Ostracods have been widely used as indicators of changes in freshwater and marine,however their characteristics in marine–terrestrial lagoons have not been fully studied.This study selected Pinqing Lake,a typical lagoon in South China,to conduct a systematic investigation of the physical and chemical characteristics of water body and surface sediments,as well as the benthic ostracods.The study found that the salinity and water depth change gradually from the sea mouth to the eastern coast with a decreasing gradient,ranging from 30‰to 20‰and 6.9 to 1.8 m repectively;the substrate change from the sea mouth to the northern coast shows a trend of sand to clay.A total of 32 genera and 39 species of ostracods were identified,dominated by Sinocytheridea impressa,Neomonoceratina delicata,Loxoconcha zhejiangensis,and Aurila cymba.Multivariate statistical analysis results showed that salinity and copper were the key factors affecting the ostracods.Salinity promotes an increase in the abundance of ostracods species.For example,euryhaline species(S.impressa,L.zhejiangensis,B.bisanensis,and S.quadriaculeata)increased significantly from the sea mouth to the coast.As the copper content increased,the concentration of ostracods decreased,and only a few pollution-tolerant species(S.impressa,L.zhejiangensis)were able to survive The study figured out the individual ecological characteristics of the dominant ostracods species that appeared in Pinqing Lake,laying the foundation for future paleoenvironmental reconstruction:in particular,A.cymba is sensitive to salinity change and can indicate a water salinity above 30‰;L.zhejiangensis which can tolerate high copper content has the potential to be used as a bioindicator of heavy metal pollution in lagoon environments.
