名老中医王兴臣参术汤治疗帕金森病经验

摘　　要：参术汤出自《兰室秘藏》,临床常用于补中益气汤证湿热气滞较重者,具有益气升阳、清热燥湿等功效。名老中医王兴臣临床常以参术汤缓解帕金森病非运动症状及运动症状,如失眠、便秘、流涎、疲乏、运动迟缓等。此文阐述了从脾胃论治帕金森病的重要意义,参考李东垣善治脾胃且善用风药的临床配伍特点,以参术汤肝脾同调来治疗帕金森病,为临床提供一种可行的辅助治疗思路。Shenzhu decoction comes from Lanshi Secret Collection.It is often used in clinical practice to Buzhong Yiqi decoction for severe dampness-heat qi stagnation.It has the effects of beneficial qi raising yang,clearing heat and drying dampness.Distinguished veteran doctor of traditional Chinese medicine Wang Xingchen often used Shenzhu decoction to relieve non-motor symptoms and motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease,such as insomnia,constipation,salivation,fatigue,slow movement and so on.This paper expounded the significance of treating Parkinson's disease from the spleen and stomach,and referred to the clinical compatibility characteristics of Li Dongyuan,who is good at treating the spleen and stomach and makes good use of wind medicine,so as to provide a feasible auxiliary treatment idea for Parkinson's disease.
