摘　　要：近年来,血液净化治疗已成为Guillain-Barré综合征治疗的一线疗法,血液净化是通过非肾途径将患者体内的抗体、免疫复合物等致病物质排出体外,从而达到治疗疾病目的。单膜血浆置换、双重血浆置换及免疫吸附是目前常用于Guillain-Barré综合征等神经系统免疫疾病的血液净化模式。本文对血液净化治疗Guillain-Barré综合征的研究进展作一综述。In recent years,blood purification has been the first-line therapy for Guillain-Barrésyndrome(GBS).Blood purification eliminates pathogenic substances such as antibodies and immune complexes through nonrenal pathways to treat diseases.Plasma exchange,double filtration plasmapheresis and immunoadsorption are blood purification modalities commonly used in the treatment of immune-mediated neurological disorders such as GBS.This paper reviews the research progress in the treatment of GBS by using blood purification.
