摘　　要：目的探讨同伴关系、母子关系和去抑制对男大学生性心理健康水平的影响及作用机制。方法于2022年12月至2023年3月从两所高校随机抽取891名全日制在校男大学生作为研究对象,采用同伴关系量表、青春期性心理健康量表、亲子关系量表和大学生感觉寻求问卷对其进行调查,分析调查结果。结果(1)同伴关系、性心理健康、母子关系与去抑制两两显著相关;(2)同伴关系显著正向预测性心理健康(β=0.29,P<0.001);(3)母子关系在同伴关系对性心理健康的影响中起中介作用(β=0.33,P<0.001);(4)去抑制调节了母子关系在同伴关系和性心理健康间中介路径的前半路径(β=-0.002,P<0.01)。结论男大学生的同伴关系会通过母子关系影响其性心理健康水平,低去抑制在前半路径中起增强作用。Objective To explore the effects and action mechanisms of peer relationships,mother-son relationships and disinhibition on the level of psychosexual health of male college students.Methods From December 2022 to March 2023,a total of 891 full-time male college students from two universities were randomly selected as the research objects.They were surveyed by using the peer relationship scale,puberty psychosexual health scale,parent-child relationship scale and the college students′sensation seeking questionnaire,and then the survey results were analyzed.Results(1)Peer relationships,psychosexual health,mother-son relationships and disinhibition were significantly correlated pairwise.(2)Peer relationships significantly and positively predicted psychosexual health(β=0.29,P<0.001).(3)Mother-son relationships played a mediating role in the influence of peer relationships on psychosexual health(β=0.33,P<0.001).(4)Disinhibition moderated the first half of the mediating path of mother-son relationships between peer relationships and psychosexual health(β=-0.002,P<0.01).Conclusions The peer relationships of male college students will affect their psychosexual health level through mother-son relationships,and low disinhibition plays an enhancing role in the first half of the path.
