摘　　要：目的探讨易性症者人格心理发展特征。方法选取2022年1月至2023年10月北京回龙观医院收治的485例易性症者作为研究对象,采用明尼苏达多相人格调查表(MMPI)评价易性症者人格心理特征。比较易性症者和中国常模MMPI评分,绘制易性症者和中国常模MMPI标准T分平均值剖析图,分析易性症者MMPI两点测图分布情况。结果易性症女性诈病(F)、疑病症(Hs)、抑郁症(D)、癔病(Hy)、病态人格(Pd)、男-女子气(M-f)、偏执(Pa)、精神衰弱(Pt)、精神分裂症(Sc)、轻躁狂(Ma)、社交内向(Si)评分均高于中国男性常模(P<0.05);易性症男性校正(K)、Hy、Pd、Ma评分均高于中国女性常模(P<0.05)。易性症女性与中国男性常模曲线波幅较大,易性症女性M-f和D均高于标准T分(T>60)。易性症者MMPI两点测图主要表现在27/72(36.08%)、24/42(34.64%)、78/87(34.23%)、47/74(34.23%)、23/32(31.75%)型。结论与中国MMPI常模比较,易性症者存在多种人格状态偏离和心理困扰,尤其需重点关注易性症女性的人格发展状况,必要时应进行干预。Objective To explore the personality psychological development characteristics in transsexuals.Methods A total of 485 transsexuals admitted to Beijing Huilongguan Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.The Minnesota multiphasic personality inventory(MMPI)was used to evaluate the personality psychological characteristics in transsexuals.The MMPI scores of the transsexuals and the Chinese norm were compared,and the mean T-score of the transsexuals and the Chinese norm MMPI were plotted to analyze the distribution of MMPI two-point mapping in the transsexuals.Results The scores of factitious disorder(F),hypochondriasis(Hs),depression(D),hysteria(Hy),psychopathic deviate(Pd),masculinity-femininity(M-f),paranoia(Pa),psychasthenia(Pt),schizophrenia(Sc),hypomania(Ma),and social introversion(Si)scores of transsexual females were higher than those of Chinese male norms(P<0.05).Correction(K),Hy,Pd and Ma scores of transsexual males were higher than those of Chinese female norms(P<0.05).The norm curves of transsexual females and Chinese males showed greater fluctuation,and the M-f and D scores of transsexual females were higher than the standard T scores(T>60).MMPI two-point mapping was mainly manifested in 27/72(36.08%),24/42(34.64%),78/87(34.23%),47/74(34.23%),and 23/32(31.75%)type.Conclusions Compared with the Chinese norm MMPI,there are many kinds of personality deviation and psychological distress in transsexuals.In particular,attention should be paid to the personality development of transsexual females,and intervention should be carried out if necessary.
