摘 要:文章以高职院校建设工程管理专业为研究对象,探讨在智能建造背景下BIM技能人才培养的创新路径。首先概述了智能建造的内涵与发展趋势以及BIM技术在智能建造中的重要作用。接着分析了当前高职院校BIM技能人才培养的现状,并指出师资力量不足、实践教学环节薄弱等问题。针对这些问题,提出了一系列创新策略,最后总结了研究结论,并对未来研究方向进行了展望,旨在为高职院校建设工程管理专业BIM技能人才培养提供新的思路和方法,以适应智能建造时代对人才的需求。The article takes the construction engineering management major in vocational colleges as the research object,and explores the innovative path of cultivating BIM skilled talents in the context of intelligent construction.Firstly,the connotation and development trend of intelligent construction,as well as the important role of BIM technology in intelligent construction,were outlined.Then,the current situation of BIM skill talent cultivation in vocational colleges was analyzed,and problems such as insuffi cient teaching staff and weak practical teaching links were pointed out.A series of innovative strategies have been proposed to address these issues.Finally,the research conclusions have been summarized and future research directions have been discussed,aiming to provide new ideas and methods for the cultivation of BIM skilled talents in the construction engineering management major of vocational colleges,in order to meet the demand for talents in the era of intelligent construction.
