摘 要:“大学生心理健康教育”课程是大学生心理健康工作的重要组成部分。为了提升教学效果,文章探讨问题导向教学在“大学生心理健康教育”中的应用及其实践效果。在提出课程设计的基础上,以学生的实际问题为中心开展教学,同时设置对照组进行对比,检验该教学方法对提升教学效果的有效性。结果发现,在“大学生心理健康教育”课堂上采用问题导向教学能够有效激发学生的积极性,提升学生对教学方法和课堂氛围的满意度。特别地,通过比较课程前、后学生心理健康素养水平的变化,发现这一教学方法对心理健康素养的提升具有显著的促进作用。The course of"Mental Health Education for College Students"is an important part of the work of maintaining the mental health of college students.In order to improve the teaching effect,this paper discusses the application and practical effect of problem-oriented teaching method in"college students'mental health education".On the basis of the proposed curriculum design,the teaching was centered on the actual problems of students,and the control group was set up to compare the traditional teaching methods to test the effectiveness of the teaching method in improving the teaching effect.The results showed that the problem-oriented teaching method in the"Mental Health Education for College Students"classroom could effectively stimulate students'enthusiasm and improve students'satisfaction with the teaching methods and classroom atmosphere.In particular,by comparing the changes of students'mental health literacy before and after the course,it is found that this teaching method has a significant role in promoting the improvement of mental health literacy.
