摘 要:近年来,持久性有机污染物、内分泌干扰物、抗生素和微塑料被列为四大新污染物。它们具有生物毒性、环境持久性和生物累积性,在环境中的残留和迁移会对生态环境乃至人体产生长久危害。我国是农业大国,在种植、养殖业生产中滥用农药和兽药的现象层出不穷,导致环境中有农用抗生素污染物残留。因此,研究这类农用抗生素新污染物在机体内的毒代动力学及影响因素可以为药物使用风险评估、残留评估提供基础数据,为毒理学和生态环境领域的研究奠定基础。本文综述了毒代动力学和其应用于农用抗生素的案例及影响毒代(药代)动力学因素的研究进展,以期为农用抗生素的毒代动力学研究提供参考。In recent years,persistent organic pollutants,endocrine disruptors,antibiotics,and microplastics have been identified as four major types of emerging pollutants.These substances are characterized by their biological toxicity,environmental persistence,and bioaccumulative properties.Their residues and migration in the environment can cause long-term harm to ecosystems and human health.As a major agricultural country,China faces widespread use of pesticides and veterinary drugs in crop cultivation and animal husbandry,resulting in residual agricultural antibiotic pollutants in the environment.Therefore,studying the toxicokinetics and influencing factors of these agricultural antibiotic pollutants in organisms can provide fundamental data for drug use risk assessment and residue evaluation,laying a foundation for research in toxicology and environmental science.This article reviews the progress in toxicokinetics research,its application to agricultural antibiotics,and factors affecting toxicokinetics(pharmacokinetics),aiming to provide a reference for toxicokinetic studies of agricultural antibiotics.
