摘 要:基于最终生物降解率数据开展持久性判定是新化学物质危害性分类的关键内容,也是化学品环境风险管控的重要技术手段。为了评估新建立的化学品强化快速生物降解性标准化测试方法的可行性和结果的可再现性,本研究选取2种化学物质,在5家实验室中分别进行了基于“快速生物降解性:测压呼吸计量法”的强化试验比对。结果显示,各实验室所得数据的有效性均满足标准要求,2种化学物质的生物降解率均呈正态分布;基于稳健总计统计量的Z比分数分别为-0.946~0.416和-0.526~1.303,即|Z|值均小于2,均为可接受的比对结果。上述结果表明新建立的测试方法具有良好的可行性和再现性,符合对化学品开展强化快速生物降解性测试的要求,适用于标准化测试。本研究为化学品生物降解性研究提供了新的技术手段和参考,并为化学品持久性评估提供了科学依据。Persistence assessment based on the ultimate biodegradation rate is a vital part of the hazard classification of new chemical substances and a necessary technical means for the environmental risk management of chemicals.This study selected two chemical substances and performed a test comparison based on the Chemicals-Ready biodegradability-Manometric respirometry test in five laboratories to evaluate the feasibility and reproducibility of the newly established standardized test method for the Chemicals-Enhanced ready biodegradability test.The results showed that the validity of the data obtained from each comparison laboratory satisfied the standard requirements.The biodegradation rates of the two substances followed the normal distribution.The Z ratio scores based on the robust total statistics were-0.946 to 0.416 and-0.526 to 1.303,respectively.The|Z|values were all less than 2,representing a satisfactory comparison for the method.These results above indicate that the newly established test method has satisfactory feasibility and reproducibility,fulfills the requirements for conducting the Chemicals-Enhanced ready biodegradability test,and is suitable for standardized testing.This investigation provides new technical means and references for studying chemical biodegradability and a scientific basis for conducting chemical persistence assessments.
