摘  要:习近平文化思想为开展职业院校文化育人工作提供了根本遵循,有利于职业院校掌握意识形态工作领导权、职业院校担当文化育人的时代使命、职业院校创新文化育人的底气支撑。要深刻把握习近平文化思想与职业院校文化育人的内在关联,认识到二者“内在”的一致性是“指引”的基础,二者“外在”的一致性是“指引”的关键。在实践过程中,从认知引领出发,做好习近平文化思想的理论阐释;从行为引领出发,做好习近平文化思想的实践指导;从协同引领出发,做好习近平文化思想的创新设计,切实以习近平文化思想为指引,推动职业院校文化育人高质量发展。Xi Jinping's thought on culture provides fundamental guidance for carrying out cultural education in vocational colleges,which is conducive to vocational colleges'grasping the leadership in ideological work,fulfilling their mission of cultural education in the new era and gaining confidence in innovating cultural education methods.It is essential to deeply grasp the internal connection between Xi Jinping's thought on culture and cultural education in vocational colleges,recognizing that the"internal"consistency between them is the foundation for"guidance",while their"external"consistency is the key to"guidance".In practice,starting from cognitive leadership,there is need to provide theoretical interpretation of Xi Jinping's thought on culture.Starting from behavioral leadership,we are supposed to offer practical guidance based on Xi Jinping's thought on culture.And starting from collaborative leadership,we should make innovative designs inspired by Xi Jinping's thought on culture.By effectively using Xi Jinping's thought on culture as a guide,we can promote high-quality development of cultural education in vocational colleges.
