摘 要:当前,高职院校面临人才培养与企业用人需求脱节、产教融合程度不深、师资队伍建设有待提升等问题。湖北职业技术学院与东风井关农业机械有限公司展开务实合作,校企双方实现对人才合作培养的供需对接、岗位对接和资源对接,形成从专业认知、课程植入、早苗训练到岗位实践的递进培养路径,通过打造平台、师资共训、拓展课堂、企业赋能、社会培训五个方面的建设,探索出“三对接、四递进、五建设”的人才培养新模式。针对该人才培养模式,提出加强专业建设改革和师资队伍建设,注重学生职业技能和素质培养和加强人才可持续性发展等建议。At present,higher vocational colleges are facing problems such as the disconnection between talent training and enterprise employment needs,the lack of deep integration of industry and education,and the need to improve the construction of teaching staff.Hubei Polytechnic Institute and Dong Feng Jing Guan Agricultural Machinery Co.,Ltd.carry out pragmatic cooperation.The school and the enterprise aim to achieve the talent cooperation training of supply and demand docking,job docking and resource docking,the formation of professional cognition,course implantation,early seedling training to the post practice of the progressive training path through the creation of a platform,teacher training,expansion of classrooms,enterprise empowerment and social training in terms of five aspects of the construction so as to explore the"three docking,four progressive,five construction"of the new model of talent training.In view of this talent training model,some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the reform of professional construction and the construction of teaching staff,pay attention to the cultivation of students'vocational skills and quality and strengthen the sustainable development of talents.
