摘 要:以教促产、以产助教是延伸职业教育链、服务产业链、打造人才链、提升价值链,促进产教深度融合,实现校企优势互补的基本思想方法,可以持续优化人力资源供给结构,为发展新质生产力提供强大的人力资源支撑。为此,职业本科教育在统筹推动专业建设和产业协调发展中,坚定办学方向,围绕增设新专业这一关键任务,须明确工作的战略指向。在具体实施对策上,聚焦前期论证、建设保障以及质控评估三个核心环节,全方位推进专业的新增、调整与优化。具体包括:强化前期论证与需求分析,通过科学的方法与严谨的态度,为专业增设决策提供坚实可靠的科学依据;强化教学保障与支持机制,打造专业成长的稳固基石与强劲推动力,确保新专业能够稳步前行;开展质量监控与专业动态评估,建立健全质量保障机制,确保专业办学高质量发展。Promoting production through education and providing teaching assistance through production are the basic ideas and methods for extending the vocational education chain,serving the industry chain,building a talent chain,enhancing the value chain,promoting deep integration of industry and education,and realizing complementary advantages between schools and enterprises,which can continuously optimize the structure of human resource supply and provide strong human resource support for implementing new-quality productivity.For this purpose,vocational tertiary-level education must clarify the strategic direction of its work while firmly adhering to the direction of education and promoting the coordinated development of specialties and industries,focusing on the key task of adding new specialties.In terms of specific implementation measures,focus is placed on three core aspects:preliminary demonstration,post construction guarantee,and quality control evaluation so as to comprehensively promote the addition,adjustment,and optimization of specialties.Specifically,it includes:1)Strengthening preliminary argumentation and demand analysis to provide solid and reliable scientific basis for the decision-making of specialty addition through scientific methods and rigorous attitude;2)Strengthening the teaching guarantee and support mechanism,and creating a solid foundation and strong driving force for professional growth to ensure the steady progress of the new specialty;3)Carrying out quality monitoring and specialty dynamic evaluation,and establishing a sound quality assurance mechanism to ensure high-quality development of the specialty.
