摘 要:创新创业教育在推动高等职业院校实现高质量育人方面发挥着重要作用。为全面了解当前高职院校创新创业教育面临的具体问题,基于2024全国高职院校创新创业教育学情调查,从CIPP模型四个维度的视角出发,全面、系统地评估高职院校创新创业教育的现状,了解到当前全国高等职业院校创新创业教育发展呈现出支持力度提升、责任体系基本建成、平台建设初见成效、课程覆盖面不断扩大、教学形式不断创新等有利局面;通过识别困境和挑战,指出高职院校创新创业教育同时也面临双创认知存在偏差、课程师资薄弱、专创融合不够、学生创业意愿不强等现实问题;基于问题研究,从提升学生价值认同、探索创新创业教育双向发展、健全创新创业教育体系、加强师资队伍建设等方面提出优化策略。Innovation and entrepreneurship education plays a crucial role in promoting high-quality talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.In order to comprehensively understand the specific problems faced by innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges,based on the 2024 nationwide survey of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges,and from the perspective of the four dimensions of the CIPP(Context,Input,Process,Product)model,a comprehensive and systematic evaluation of the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges is conducted,and it is found that the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges across the country presents favorable situations such as increased support,basic construction of responsibility system,initial effectiveness of platform construction,continuous expansion of course coverage,and continuous innovation of teaching forms.By identifying difficulties and challenges,it is pointed out that innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges also faces practical issues such as cognitive biases in innovation and entrepreneurship,weak curriculum faculty,insufficient integration of specialty and entrepreneurship,and low entrepreneurial intention among students.Based on problem analysis,optimization strategies are proposed from the aspects of enhancing students'value recognition,exploring the two-way development of innovation and entrepreneurship education,improving the innovation and entrepreneurship education system,and strengthening the construction of the teaching staff.
