摘  要:目的探讨雨课堂混合教学模式在病原生物学本科教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年9月黑龙江中医药大学佳木斯学院的138名医学检验技术专业医学本科生为研究对象。69名2020级学生为对照组,69名2021级学生为研究组。两组均根据教学大纲进行病原生物学课程教学,对照组进行常规线下教学,研究组在对照组基础上采用基于雨课堂混合教学模式。比较两组成绩、教学效果评分。结果研究组平时成绩(预习、随堂测试、课后作业)、期末笔试成绩、总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组教学效果总分为(82.75±3.78)分,高于对照组的(74.57±3.56)分,差异有统计学意义(t=30.869,P<0.05)。结论在病原生物学教学中应用雨课堂混合式教学模式可提高学生的学习成绩,能够取得良好的教学效果。Objective To explore the effectiveness of the rainy classroom hybrid teaching model in teaching under-graduate pathobiology.Methods 138 medical undergraduate students majoring in medical laboratory technology from Jiamusi College of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects.69 students from the grade 2020 were in the control group and 69 students from the grade 2021 were in the research group.Both groups were taught the pathobiology course according to the syllabus,the control group was taught routinely offline,and the research group was taught in a hybrid teaching mode based on rainy class-room on top of the control group.The grades and teaching effectiveness scores of the two groups were compared.Re-sults The research group's usual grades(pre-study,accompanying tests,and post-class assignments),final written test grades,and total grades were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).The total teaching effectiveness score of the research group was 82.75±3.78,which was higher than 74.57±3.56 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=30.869,P<0.05).Conclusion Ap-plying the rainy classroom blended teaching model in teaching pathobiology can improve students'academic perfor-mance,enough to achieve good teaching results.
