摘  要:钻孔桩废弃泥浆加药调理过程中调理剂适宜投加量的快速确定尚没有成熟有效的方法。文章研究分析了阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)和聚合氯化铝(PAC)加药调理后泥浆的脱水性能与流变学特性的相关性,并结合泥浆离心脱水工艺探究应用流变学特性确定调理剂适宜投加量的可行性。结果表明,采用APAM和PAC调理后泥浆的污泥比阻(SRF)分别降低了67%和60%以上,显著降低泥浆的脱水阻力;同时絮凝调理后的泥浆均表现出剪切稀化的特性,属于仿塑性非牛顿流体。泥浆流变学参数中,剪切速率为19.8 s^(-1)下的表观黏度与APAM调理后泥浆的污泥比阻的负相关性最好,相关系数R^(2)达到0.92以上,可通过泥浆表观黏度快速评估泥浆的调理效果;而采用PAC调理后的泥浆表观黏度与污泥比阻的相关性较差。在泥浆离心脱水处置工艺中,采用APAM调理泥浆时,泥浆表观黏度突增时对应的投加量即为APAM的最适宜投加量,但是该方法不适用于PAC调理剂。There is no mature and effective method to quickly determine the appropriate dosage of conditioning agent in theconditioning process of waste slurry from bored piles.In this paper,the relationship between dehydration performance andrheological properties of slurry treated with anionic polyacrylamide(APAM)and polyaluminum chloride(PAC)was studied,aswell as the feasibility of using rheological properties to determine the appropriate dosage of conditioner was investigated incombination with slurry centrifugal dewatering process.The results show that the sludge specific resistance(SRF)of the slurryafter conditioning with APAM and PAC is reduced by more than 67%and 60%respectively,which significantly reduces thedewatering resistance of the slurry.At the same time,the slurry after coagulation and conditioning shows the characteristics ofshear thinning and belong to the pseudo plastic non-Newtonian fluids.In the rheological parameters of slurry,the apparentviscosity at a shear rate of 19.8 s^(-1) shows the best negative correlation with the sludge specific resistance of the APAM-conditioned slurry,with a correlation coefficient R^(2) of more than 0.92.Thus,the apparent viscosity of the slurry can serve asarapid indicator of the conditioning effectiveness.However,the correlation between the apparent viscosity of slurry treated withPAC and the specific resistance of sludge is poor.During the centrifugal dehydration process,when APAM is used asaregulator,the appropriate dosage corresponding to the sudden increase in the apparent viscosity of the slurry is the most suitabledosage for APAM.However,the above method is not applicable to PAC conditioner.
