构建基于EAP理念的高校女性图书馆员个性化激励机制

摘　　要：图书馆是由藏书、读者以及图书馆员构成的有机体,当今图书馆界以服务为导向,并积极地为构建未来的学习中心而不断前进,图书馆员在其中起到了核心的作用。图书馆职业性别失衡严重,在高校图书馆中亦是如此,因此如何能够调动广大女性图书馆员的工作积极性和创造性至关重要。引入员工援助计划(EAP)理念,通过分析EAP理念的概念、核心内容以及服务手段,结合高校女性图书馆员目前存在的职业心理状态,提出在EAP指导下的高校女性图书馆员个性化激励的机制,帮助每个高校女性图书馆员充分认识自己。进行职业生涯的规划,解决工作过程中的各种心理和行为问题。打通图书馆内横向与纵向的沟通渠道,提高高校图书馆的工作和服务效率,实现组织和馆员个人共同发展的目的。最后列举EAP实施过程中可能存在的问题,供实践中进行规避和解决。A library is an organism composed of a collection of books,readers,and librarians.Today's libraries are ser⁃vice-oriented and actively advancing towards building future learning centers,librarians play a central role in it.The gender imbalance is severe in the library,and this is also true in university libraries.Therefore,it is crucial to mobilize the work enthusiasm and creativity of female librarians.The article introduces the con⁃cept of Employee Assistance Program(EAP),analyzes the concept,core content,and service methods of EAP,and combines the current professional psychological state of female librarians in universities.It pro⁃poses a personalized incentive mechanism for female librarians in universities under the guidance of EAP,helping each female librarian fully understand themselves,plan their career,and solve various psychologi⁃cal and behavioral problems in the work process,Open up horizontal and vertical communication channels within the library,improve the work and service efficiency of university libraries,and achieve the goal of mutual development of organizations and librarians.Finally,list the possible problems that may exist dur⁃ing the implementation of EAP for practical avoidance and resolution.
