摘 要:高精度地图是智慧城市建设和自动驾驶等领域的重要支撑,然而现有的法律法规以及实际高精度地图采集制作应用等方面都存在若干问题需要进一步探索和研究。本文深入分析了国家审核管理制度、内容表达以及标准、监管水平和制作成本等关键内容,并结合上海市试点城市的特色,研究城市级试点方案的核心技术,提出众源安全管理、框架数据生产、快速审图、监管评估以及共享平台等技术,旨在推动城市高精度地图的广泛应用和发展。High-accuracy map has become important support for the construction of smart city and autonomous driving.However,there are several issues in existing laws and regulations,as well as in the actual collection,production,and application of high-accuracy maps that require further exploration and research.This article delves into the key elements of national review and management systems,content expression,standards,regulatory levels,and production costs.By combining the characteristics of Shanghai,a pilot city,it studies and practices city-level pilot solutions.The article proposes technologies such as crowdsourcing security management,framework data production,rapid map review,regulatory assessment,and sharing platform to promote the widespread application and development of urban high-accuracy maps.
