摘 要:根据吉利动力未来发动机规划,需要开发一款增压直喷甲醇燃料发动机,以满足商用车的应用需求。考虑到开发周期及通用化率,部分零部件将借用已量产的零部件。在前期热力学开发试验过程中,发动机出现了低扭矩工况下曲轴箱压力波动。经过对工况点的数据分析,发现曲轴箱压力波动与油气分离器压力调节阀(PRV阀)及通气阀总成的气体流量存在关联性。试验验证确认PRV阀的性能以及通气阀的孔径大小与进气量数据不匹配,这是导致曲轴箱压力波动的原因。最终,通过调整PRV阀的弹簧参数以及通气阀的孔径大小,成功地解决了曲轴箱压力波动的问题。According to Geely Powers future engine planning,a turbocharged direct injection methanol fuel engine needs to be developed to meet the needs of commercial vehicles.Considering the development cycle and generalization rate,some parts will be borrowed from mass-produced parts.However,during the early stage of thermodynamic development tests,a problem of pressure fluctuations in the crankcase under low torque conditions emerged.Through data analysis of the operating points,it was found that there was a correlation between the pressure fluctuation of the crankcase and the gas flow of the pressure regulating valve PRV valve and the breather valve assembly of the oil-gas separator.Through experimental verification,it was confirmed that the performance of the PRV valve and the size of the vent valve bore did not match the intake air flow data,which was the cause of the pressure fluctuations in the crankcase.Finally,by adjusting the spring parameters of the PRV valve and the size of the vent valve,the problem of pressure fluctuations in the crankcase was successfully solved.
