摘　　要：2024年10月28日,习近平总书记在主持中共中央政治局第十七次集体学习时提出“要在创造性转化和创新性发展中赓续中华文脉”,这是对新时代党中央巩固文化主体性、着力赓续中华文脉、推动中华优秀传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展等重大战略的最新要求与创新表述。此命题之提出,既是中国共产党所担负文化使命的历史选择与自身文化建设理论发展的现实需要,也是新时代中国共产党持续深入推进理论创新的内在需求和进行文明交流互鉴的鲜明主张。“在创造性转化和创新性发展中赓续中华文脉”,既是一项学理性很深的理论命题,更是一种实践性极强的工作要求,其遵循的根本实践原则是守正创新。On October 28,2024,when presiding over the 17th collective study of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee,General Secretary XI Jinping proposed“to continue the Chinese cultural context in the creative transformation and innovative development”.This is the latest requirement and innovative expression of such major strategies of the CPC Central Committee in the new era as consolidating cultural subjectivity,focusing on continuing the Chinese context,promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional Chinese culture,etc.The proposal of this proposition is not only the historical choice of the cultural mission undertaken by the Communist Party of China and the practical needs of the development of its own cultural construction theory,but also the internal demand of the Communist Party of China to continue to further promote theoretical innovation and a clear proposal of the Communist Party of China to carry out exchange and mutual learning of civilizations in the new era.“Continuing the Chinese cultural context in the creative transformation and innovative development”is not only a theoretical proposition with deep scientific reason,but also a work requirement with strong practicality.The fundamental practical principle it follows is to develop a political atmosphere of integrity and innovation.
