摘 要:为提高数控铣床拉刀系统故障的诊断与维修效率,通过分析系统的基本结构和作业原理,对常见的故障进行了分类。针对数控铣床拉刀系统常见的机械、液压、电气故障以及无法松刀等情况,通过分析故障原因,提出了具体的诊断方法和维修措施,以期为相关从业人员提供一定技术参考。To enhance the efficiency of diagnosing and repairing faults in the tool pull-out system of CNC milling machines,this paper analyzes the basic structure and operating principles of the system and classifies common faults.Addressing issues such as mechanical faults,hydraulic faults,electrical faults,and the inability to release the tool in the tool pull-out system of CNC milling machines,this paper proposes a series of specific diagnostic methods and maintenance measures through in-depth analysis of the fault causes.The aim is to provide practical technical references for relevant practitioners,thereby improving their ability to handle faults in the tool pull-out system of CNC milling machines.
