摘　　要：位于脂滴表面的脂滴包被蛋白2(perilipin 2,PLIN2)是肝脏脂滴的重要标志蛋白。研究显示,PLIN2通过调节脂滴的生成与稳定,在肝脏脂质代谢中发挥重要调控作用,直接或间接参与非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)发生发展过程中的多项生理病理过程,在NAFLD中发挥重要作用。本研究就PLIN2的分布、结构、功能及在NAFLD中的作用进行综述,为开发以PLIN2为靶点防治NAFLD的药物提供参考。Perilipin 2(PLIN2)is located on the surface of lipid droplets,acting as an important marker protein of liver lipid droplets.Several studies have shown the crucial role of PLIN2 in regulating liver lipid metabolism by modulating the formation and stability of lipid droplets.Additionally,it is also directly or indirectly involved in many physiological and disease processes related to nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),thereby playing an important role in the development of NAFLD.This paper reviews the distribution,structure,function and role of PLIN2 in NAFLD to provide insights into the development of PLIN2-targeted drugs for the prevention and treatment of NAFLD.
