摘 要:简要介绍了船用型材切割生产线夹持机构的结构组成和结构特点,根据工作原理,分析了适用所有船用型材的夹持接触位置,并提出了夹持接触力的计算方法。分析夹持接触力的组成要素,研究减少无效夹持分力的措施,提高夹持性能,首次创建了最佳夹持接触位置。在此基础上,对于不同的船用型材,分别给出具体的最佳夹持接触位置。思路和方法为船用型材切割生产线夹持机构的优化设计提供重要的借鉴与指导。The structure and characteristics of the clamping mechanism for marine profile cutting production linewere introduced,and according to the working principle of the clamping,analyzing the clamping contact position applicable to all marine profile and proposing a calculation method for the clamping contact force.Thecomponents of clamping contact force were analyzed,measure to reduce the ineffective clamping force was studied to improve the clamping performance,and the optimal clamping contactposition was created.On the basis of the idea and method,specific optimal clamping contact positionswere provided for different marine profile.Theidea and method can provide important reference and guidance for the optimization design and control of clampingfor marineprofile cutting production line.
