摘  要:青州卷烟厂制丝车间创新性提出利用平衡积分卡理念,做好“中心”“机制”“队伍”“生态”4个方面内容,班组青年不断成长班组创新不断突破,班组文化不断形成,最终打造“六力钻石”班组。The Silk Workshop of Qingzhou Cigarette Factory has innovatively proposed the application of the Balanced Scorecard concept to focus on four key areas:"Center,""Mechanism,""Team,"and"Ecosystem."As a result,the young members of the workshop teams continue to grow,team innovation continues to break through,and team culture continues to take shape.Ultimately,this approach aims to create a"Six-Dimensional Diamond"team.
