摘  要:通过筛选可以降解黄曲霉毒素B1(Aflatoxins B1,AFB1)的鹅源乳酸菌,为防治鹅黄曲霉病开发乳酸菌微生态制剂奠定基础。研究以香豆素为唯一碳源对成年健康鹅粪便中分离菌株进行初筛,确定分离株对AFB1降解能力,再对筛选菌株进行抗逆性等生物学特性研究,并进行16S rRNA鉴定。结果表明:确定9株分离菌对AFB1降解率达到50%以上,其中菌株DT951降解率达到75%;经生物学特性研究表明,菌株DT951在pH 3.0酸性环境及0.2%、0.3%的胆盐浓度环境下都有较好的耐受性;经16S rRNA鉴定DT951为唾液乳杆菌(Lactobacillus salivarius)。综上所述,研究筛选出1株唾液乳杆菌DT951,具有较好降解AFB1的能力和耐受性,为深入研究降解AFB1的鹅源益生菌制剂提供参考依据。The screening of lactic acid bacteria from goose that can degrade Aflatoxins B1(AFB1)laid a foundation for the develop-ment of lactic acid bacteria microecological preparations for the prevention and treatment of goose aflatoxins B1.Coumarin was used as the sole carbon source to conduct preliminary screening of the strains isolated from adult healthy geese feces to determine the ability of the isolates to degrade AFB1,and then the biological characteristics such as stress resistance were studied and 16S rRNA was identified.The results showed that the degradation rate of AFB1 was more than 50%,and the degradation rate of strain DT951 was 75%.The biological characteristics of strain DT951 showed that strain DT951 had good tolerance in acidic environment of pH3.0 and bile salt concentration of 0.2%and 0.3%.DT951 was identified as Lactobacillus salivarius by 16S rRNA.In conclusion,a strain of Lactobacillus salivary DT951 was screened,which had good ability and tolerance to degrade AFB1,and provided a reference for further study of probiotics of goose origin degrading AFB1.
