摘 要:为提高苏氨酸二次母液的增值利用,以苏氨酸二次母液为原料,采用色谱分离法从中分离出苏氨酸,对3种不同的树脂以分离度为指标进行筛选,确定最佳的分离树脂为ZGSPC106Ca。通过单因素和正交试验进行工艺优化,探究进样量、柱温和流速对分离度的影响,从而确定最佳分离条件为进料体积10 mL、柱温60℃、流速2 mL·min^(-1),在此条件下苏氨酸-谷氨酸分离度为0.87、苏氨酸-异亮氨酸分离度为1.00,以期为苏氨酸二次母液的分离纯化工艺研究提供一定参考。In order to improve the value-added utilization of the secondary mother liquor of threonine which was used as the raw material,and threonine was separated by chromatographic separation method.Firstly,three different resins were screened with the separation degree as the index,and the optimal separating resin was determined as ZGSPC106Ca,and the process optimization was carried out through one-way and orthogonal tests to explore the influence of the feed volume,column temperature and flow rate on the separation degree,and then to determine the optimum separation conditions as follows:feed volume of 10 mL,column temperature of 60℃,flow rate of 2 mL·min^(-1),under which the separation of threonine-glutamic acid was 0.87,and that of threonine-isoleucine was 1.00,in order to provide some reference for the separation and purification process of threonine secondary mother liquor.
