摘  要:对头孢羟氨苄(酶法)工艺研究,以D(-)对羟基苯甘氨酸(D-HPG)为起始物料,甲醇为溶剂,氯化亚砜为酰氯化试剂,合成D(-)对羟基苯甘氨酸甲酯盐酸盐(D-HPGM),直通用于头孢羟氨苄(酶法)合成。头孢羟氨苄结晶后母液采用酶法回收7-ADCA母核,循环用于头孢羟氨苄(酶法)合成,摩尔收率达94.9%,较母液螯合路线摩尔收率83.3%提升11.6%,文献报道最高,为全酶法绿色工艺。The process of D-p-Hydroxyphenylglycine(D-HPG)was studied.D(-)p-hydroxyphenylglycine methyl ester hydrochloride(D-HPGM)was synthesized with D(-)p-hydroxyphenylglycine(D-HPG)as starting material,methanol as solvent,and sulfoxide chloride as acyl chlorination reagent.The 7-ADCA nucleus was recovered from the mother liquor by enzymatic method after the crystallization of cefhydroxylamine,and was recycled for the synthesis of cefhydroxylamine(enzymatic).The molar yield reached 94.9%,which was 11.6%higher than that of the mother liquor chelating route by 83.3%,and was the highest reported in the literature.
